Als Kunde der Günstiger Umzug GmbH können sie gern ihre Postsendungen zu uns ins Büro senden lassen. Wir bewahren diese für sie auf, oder liefern diese dann auch in ihre Lagerbox.
Zustellungen: Sie sind eine Anwaltskanzlei und die Fallakten für einen bestimmten Fall bestehen aus rund 2.000 Aktenordnern. Sie müssen diese irgendwo SICHER unterbringen, und brauchen dann, für die Vorbereitung des Falles, rund einmal im Monat etwa 200kg Akten zugestellt.
Kein Problem- mit der Günstiger Umzug GmbH können sie in einem unserer Stadtstandorte, selten mehr als 2 Tramstationen von ihnen entfernt, die notwendigsten Akten lagern, und in einem unserer grossen Lager, z.B. in Zürich Regensdorf, den Rest.
Wir stellen ihnen nicht nur die Regale in ihrer Lagerbox auf, sondern liefern ihnen bei Bedarf auch auf Abruf die 200kg Akten ins Büro- alles auf eine Firmen-Kreditkarte.

Office rearrangement: Interim storage of furniture, for which momentarily there is no usage when a company repartitions office space to create, for example, a conference room where there used to be offices, but no space for the furniture exists. Also here, a well-sorted storage space helps.
Logistics company with offices at an excellent address: A logistics company with offices at an excellent address must now, due to constant expansion, control the space according to m2 and, therefore, requires every free m2 in the office. Here, files were relocated to one of our storage areas.
Architectural office: An architectural office that participates at a big tender for a huge project and, for this purpose manufactures a big model of several m2, must store this as the tendering steps often cover 2-3 months. Here, a solution can be an individual storage space, or possibly an area in our furniture storage.
